Donna Harrell Lubcker, Ed.D.
Dr. Lubcker is a Louisiana native who has co-authored elementary textbooks
for an international publisher and has provided training for elementary teachers
on four continents. She has taught elementary school in Louisiana and overseas.
Dr. Lubcker is a professor in the school of education at a university in east
Texas.
Cynthia F. Pilcher, Ed.D.
Dr. Pilcher’s career in education has focused on designing and implementing
experiential learning activities for youth and adults related to social studies,
science, nutrition, financial management, family development, and character
education. She is employed by a land grant university and resides in Columbia,
Louisiana.
Kay Lynn Tettleton, Ed.D.
Dr. Tettleton, a former classroom teacher, resides in Ruston, Louisiana. She
began her career with a university in Arkansas and is currently a regional
educator that assists communities in impoverished parishes. Dr. Tettleton
provides staff development opportunities to non-profit organizations, elected
officials, and others.
